Renting a Mobile Cold Storage Trailer: The Process
Step 1: Request
Call us or fill out the contact form below to request your refrigerated trailer. Share your event date, delivery window, location, and power access. We’ll confirm the details, including whether you need a generator add-on and where the trailer will be parked (flat surface within 50 feet of a standard 120-volt, 20-amp dedicated circuit).
Step 2: Delivery
We arrive during your requested delivery window, position the trailer on a flat, safe surface, and connect it to power so your cold storage unit is fully functional and ready for loading. If you plan to load the trailer and then move it to a second location for unloading, let us know in advance—only Sling N’ Scoops drivers are allowed to move the unit.
Step 3: Pick Up
When you’re finished, remove all product, unplug the unit from your outlet, and give the interior a quick clean with a broom, mop, or hose. Then call or text to let us know the trailer is empty and cleaned, and we’ll schedule pick up. Please do not mop or hose down the unit while it’s still in service or plugged in.
