Call or submit a request form and provide your address, type of emergency, power access details, and preferred delivery window.

Step 4: Load in

You load your inventory into the refrigerated trailer. The unit is ready to receive product immediately, and pre-cooling is available on request.

Step 2: Confirm availability

We confirm your needs, our availability, and schedule your delivery time. You will receive a clear delivery window so you know exactly when to expect the trailer.

Step 4: Pick up

When your permanent refrigeration is restored, we return to disconnect and haul away the unit. No towing is required on your end.

Step 3: Delivery

Our team delivers the trailer, parks it on a flat surface near a 120-volt, 20-amp dedicated circuit, and confirms the unit reaches your target temperature.

The unit includes a 50-foot heavy-duty power cord. If your site does not have a suitable dedicated circuit, a generator add-on is available for 85 dollars per day.

    No electrician is required. There is no diesel exhaust. The unit can operate indoors or inside a covered loading dock.

  • There is a three-day minimum rental. You can keep the unit daily, weekly, or monthly for as long as your emergency requires. Long-term rates are available at a discount.

  • We handle all delivery and pickup for you. Our team transports the mobile cold storage unit to your location, positions it where you need it (as access allows), sets it up, and returns to pick it up at the end of your rental. If you need the trailer moved to a different spot or a new location, please contact us to make these arrangements.
